Talent management leader Halogen Software announced today the company has opened a UK office to meet increased global demand for its talent management solution, which has more than doubled in the past year. The expansion of its global operations with a London office will allow Halogen to more easily market and sell its award winning talent management solutions internationally, while maintaining its commitment to deliver a world class customer experience.

According to a recent study by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), over 50% of organisations believe the competition for talent has increased. As a result, more organisations are looking for sustainable ways to manage talent1.

“Today’s leaders understand that the only sustainable competitive advantage an organisation has is its workforce,” said Paul Loucks, President and CEO, Halogen Software. “As a result, talent management has become a strategic imperative, which has fueled demand for our solution across the globe. This expansion into Europe will enable us to address this demand.”

Halogen also expects the expansion of company offices into the UK to further solidify and build on its relationships with international partners. “We’re privileged to partner with leading international human capital consulting partners and resellers,” continued Loucks. “Putting in-field resources in the UK will help us better support them.”

With Halogen Software’s Talent Management Suite organisations help establish their talent as a lasting competitive advantage, and achieve better business results through a high performing, aligned and engaged workforce.

Halogen Software’s relentless commitment to meeting customer needs is echoed by new and long-standing customers alike. Dale Alexander, Managing Director at Wilsonart, explains why the UK-based company recently selected Halogen Software to support its talent management needs.

“We evaluated several vendor solutions and the ease of use and flexibility of Halogen eAppraisal™ made it a front runner,” said Alexander. “We really like that additional modules for other talent management functions, like succession planning, can be added when we’re ready. The solution is designed to grow with us and clearly fits our future requirements.”

Alexander also notes how impressed Wilsonart is with the excellent level of customer service he received before and after becoming a Halogen client. “Halogen’s support team is very responsive. It’s good to know that their team is with you every step of the way. We were challenging in our requirements. We would definitely recommend Halogen.”
