ADP®, a leading provider of talent management, payroll services, benefits administration and integrated computing solutions for vehicle dealers, today announced that it has been recognized as a ‘Major Player’ in the global integrated talent management marketplace by International Data Corporation (IDC).

The newly released IDC MarketScape: Worldwide Integrated Talent Management 2012 Vendor Analysis cites ADP for its depth of talent management capabilities and cost-effectiveness.

“Through organic development and a series of strategic acquisitions in recent years, ADP has quickly emerged as a major player in the global talent management marketplace,” said Lisa Rowan, program director for HR, talent, and learning strategies at IDC.

The IDC report evaluates the offerings, capabilities, and prospects of 14 integrated talent management vendors using detailed criteria that IDC has identified as key factors contributing to vendor success in the worldwide integrated talent management market. The key factors include recruiting and applicant tracking, employee performance management, learning and development, compensation management, and career and succession planning. The results were used to create a graphical representation of the market based on each service provider’s current capabilities and future strategies.

“ADP has invested strategically to develop integrated talent management solutions that empower our clients to find, grow and keep great talent,” said Don Weinstein, Senior Vice President, ADP Product Management. “The IDC Marketscape report is yet another validation of ADP’s relentless focus on delivering innovative Talent Management solutions that help companies build and manage high performing workforces across the complete lifecycle from pre-hire to retire.”
