This announcement is on the heels of continued growth in new customers and employees as well as a new Austin-based headquarters earlier this year.

Vijay Pendyala’s history of success includes over 20 years of development and leadership experience developing enterprise level applications. Pendyala brings with him a depth of experience in SaaS business models, complex enterprise applications, Agile methodologies as well as Cloud delivery. “Vijay has provided successful guidance through transformations including a recent platform conversion from an on-premise application to a new SaaS platform. He is a champion of quality and customer satisfaction,” adds Bowen.

Most recently, Mr. Pendyala was the Vice President of Development for Callidus Software where he built and managed a suite of sales performance management applications including incentive management, performance management and reporting and analytics for their 200+ global customers. Prior to Callidus, Pendyala held a number of successful positions in the development area at Oracle culminating in his role as a director of applications development. At Oracle, he was instrumental in leading their Enterprise Incentive Management application to dramatic growth and market leadership. Pendyala graduated from Andhra University with Bachelors in Mathematics and Nagarjuna University with an MS in Computer Applications.
