Halogen Software Inc. (“Halogen”), a leading provider of comprehensive software-as-a-service (“SaaS)” talent management solutions, recently announced that it has filed a preliminary prospectus with the securities regulatory authorities in each of the provinces and territories of Canada in connection with a proposed initial public offering of its common shares. The offering is being co-led by Canaccord Genuity Corp. and Stifel Nicolaus Canada Inc., with the remaining syndicate of underwriters being Raymond James Ltd., Cantor Fitzgerald Canada Corporation and National Bank Financial Inc.
