Company’s Senior Director of Employer Branding, Mobile and Social Media
Recognized as a Next-Generation Leader in the Field of HR
by Workforce Management Magazine
BOSTON, July 18, 2013 – Randstad Sourceright, a global talent solutions leader, today announced that Jenny DeVaughn, senior director of Employer Branding, Mobile and Social Media, was selected by Workforce Management magazine as a 2013 Game Changer. DeVaughn was selected as a Game Changer for helping to shape the way that organizations recruit qualified talent and advance their employer brand. She will be profiled, along with all the 2013 Game Changers, in the August issue of Workforce Management, as well as on the publication’s website.
The third-annual Game Changers awards recognize those next-generation workplace leaders under the age of 40 who have proven that they are dedicated to the growth and success of HR. All nominees were judged on their professional accomplishments, as well as their other achievements, with the winners selected by Workforce Management’s senior writers and editors.
An early adopter of emerging technologies, DeVaughn is dedicated to developing workforce management strategies that change the way employers interact with candidates, employees and alumni. In her role with Randstad Sourceright, she is instrumental in driving the internal and external employment brand, mobile and social media strategies that set the company and its clients apart as employers of choice.
“It is a great honor to be recognized by Workforce Management and to be included on a very prestigious list of other Game Changers across the HR industry,” said DeVaughn. “I take great pleasure in helping our clients understand how they can enhance their own employer brand and leverage the power of mobile and social media to attract and engage even the most difficult to find talent.”
Consistently ranked as one of LinkedIn’s top ten most connected women, DeVaughn’s professional strategies are heavily rooted in the value of networking. An often sought-after industry expert, she regularly educates the market on social media strategies at numerous industry events, including SXSW, mRecrutingcamp, SHRM Talent Management and Leadership conferences, and the Recruiting Innovation Summit held at Facebook’s headquarters. In addition, her thought leadership and expertise have been featured in the Wall Street Journal and the Atlanta Business Chronicle, on NBC and in other media outlets.
“Jenny has brought a wealth of new ideas and best practices to our organization that ensure we provide our clients with the most cutting-edge strategies to improve the way they engage with talent,” said Rebecca Callahan, Randstad Sourceright’s president of Recruitment Process Outsourcing. “Based on her enthusiasm, keen business sense and highly innovative mindset, it is no surprise that she has been recognized as a Game Changer.”
