HRchitect Tech Vendor News: Reschedge Rolls Out New Candidate Contact and Reports Features

Virtual Recruiting Coordinator Makes Hiring Even More Efficient, Transparent with New Tools

New York, New York – October 7, 2013 – Reschedge, the company behind the world’s most advanced interview scheduling software, today announced the launch of two new features that make the recruiting process even more efficient and transparent. A simple-to-use new Candidate Contact feature completely automates the process of gathering candidate availability, and the Reports feature provides detailed insights into the interview process, delivering data HR departments can use to optimize their talent management strategy.

Reschedge takes the hassles out of the interview scheduling process with an intuitive interface that functions as a virtual recruiting coordinator. Recruiting professionals can instantly import company contacts from their calendar or email platform (Google or Outlook), click “Schedule Interview” and instantly receive a menu of interview options. Reschedge creates perfect options every time by factoring in interviewer calendars to arrange virtually any type of interview, including back-to-back interviews, telephone conferences and panel interviews involving people from different departments, locations and time zones.

The new Candidate Contact feature enables Reschedge to automatically gather candidate availability, eliminating a previously time-consuming part of the interview scheduling process. Candidate Contact allows recruiters to customize their candidate-facing messages and includes an intuitive dashboard for tracking pending availability requests. As always, Reschedge works with top applicant tracking systems (ATS), including Greenhouse, Newton, The Resumator and Lumesse TalentLink, to support seamless recruiting operations like syncing with the ATS or calendar, sending invitations, reserving rooms and tracking responses.

In addition to making the interview scheduling process even easier, Reschedge now delivers a new tool to help talent managers analyze recruiting operations and identify ways to operate more efficiently. A new Reports feature is now available that provides data, charts, overviews and detailed insights into recruiting operations, which can assist talent managers with evaluating their processes and strategy. From a Reports tab on the Reschedge dashboard, users can access default reports or build and save their own custom reporting tools.

Reschedge automatically keeps track of candidates, interviewers, recruiters and interview types (panel, one-on-one, etc.) and volume in pre-defined or custom timeframes. Talent managers can drill down to view interview types, interviews scheduled by specific recruiters, interviews conducted within a specific timeframe, employee requisition types, how many interviews were scheduled and other recruiting metrics that shed new light on how their company hires.

“The Reports tab gives Reschedge users an easy way to track recruiter and interviewer performance and gauge hiring efficiency,” said Jonathan Kennell, CEO of Reschedge. “Reschedge automates the reporting process, empowering users to access built-in reporting or create their own custom reports to analyze and chart the data that is important to their company. When bringing the right people on board quickly is crucial, companies can rely on Reschedge to take the hassles out of interview scheduling while delivering more efficient, transparent recruiting operations.”

Since its inception, Reschedge has helped companies reduce the time spent scheduling interviews by up to 90%, which allows them to focus on candidate sourcing and assessment. To learn more about this advanced virtual recruiting coordinator solution, visit
