Infor Knowledgebase Delivers a Personalized Employee Self-Service Experience

Infor, a leading provider of business application software serving more than 70,000 customers, today announced that Hershey Entertainment & Resorts (HE&R) has successfully upgraded to the most recent version of Infor Knowledgebase, part of the Infor Enwisen HR Service Delivery suite of solutions. Infor Knowledgebase 10.1.0.0 delivers significant enhancements which enable customers to take more control of their content, organize and maintain deployed content, and display content within newly delivered knowledge domains. Infor Knowledgebase supports best-practice, multi-tier HR service delivery – helping organizations deliver better HR service with fewer resources and lower costs.
In 2007, HE&R selected Infor Knowledgebase to help the organization provide important options for employees looking for answers to important and time-sensitive HR, payroll and benefits questions. With Infor Knowledgebase, employees were able to quickly find answers to most of their own queries via a personalized, searchable self-service experience without ever needing to directly connect to the HR department.
Now, through this upgrade, the teams at Hershey will have access to new features such as the Client Content Toolset (CCT) which delivers additional tools to edit documents, route them to other teams members, publish changes and upload files to the portal. CCT users can also mark client documents for deletion, modify or remove group visibility rules for client-owned documents and content administrators can use delivered reports to audit changes made to client documents. In addition, the Client-Defined Domains (CDD) enhancement will help when content does not logically fit into one of the delivered knowledge domains when adding additional content.
