DALLAS – November 13, 2013 – PeopleAnswers today announced that it has executed a software licensing agreement with Santander Consumer USA (Santander), a unit of Banco Santander, for Santander’s use of the PeopleAnswers HR-focused business solution. Santander will use PeopleAnswers to staff its U.S. operations with employees possessing the right skills as well as cultural and behavioral characteristics to fight the high cost of hiring the wrong employees.

PeopleAnswers will use its unique Predictive Talent Analytics™ to compare each candidate against custom behaviorally based Performance Profiles. Santander recruiters and managers will also use PeopleAnswers as a guide for candidate interview questions.
The result will be a consistent and faster employee recruiting process, higher quality hiring decisions and lower turnover. Managers will also use the data gathered from candidates and employees during selection to create a successful onboarding process as well as succession planning and employee development.
