HRchitect Tech Vendor News: The Rush Fitness Complex Achieves 158% ROI Using Dayforce HCM To Increase HR Productivity & Better Manage The Full Workforce Lifecycle

Minneapolis, MN, June 5 2014 – Ceridian announces the results of its commissioned study conducted by Forrester Consulting on behalf of Ceridian: The Total Economic Impact™ of Ceridian Dayforce HCM – As Deployed And Used By The Rush Fitness Complex. To better understand the benefits, costs, and risks associated with Dayforce Human Capital Management, Forrester interviewed The Rush Fitness Complex – a leading fitness club chain with 23 locations, close to 1,500 employees and more than 120,000 members. The Rush Fitness Complex has been using Ceridian’s Dayforce HCM solution for over a year.

Interviews with the Rush Fitness and subsequent financial analysis found that the company was able to achieve the following as a result of deploying Dayforce HCM:

  • 158% ROI
  • A net present value (NPV) of 1.05 million or $700.00 per employee over the next three years
  • A payback period of just 12 months

Other key findings of the study are:

  • Over three years, The Rush Fitness Complex expects total benefits to be a present value of 1.7 million, or $1,143 per employee. Significant quantifiable benefits in terms of productivity gains, payroll outsourcing cost savings and increased payroll accuracy were reported.
  • Over three years, The Rush Fitness Complex expects costs to total a net present value of a little more than $664,000 or $443 per employee. Costs associated with software fees, implementation, training, administration and governance were taken into account.
