MATAWAN, N.J. (July 17, 2014) – iCIMS, Inc., a leading provider of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) talent acquisition software solutions for growing businesses, hosted New Jersey Senator Joseph Kyrillos on his tour of growing New Jersey businesses. Founded in 1999 and profitable since 2003, the company supports more than 2,500 clients worldwide on its talent acquisition platform, including other New Jersey-based leaders like The Hertz Corporation, The Vitamin Shoppe, and Meadowlands Racing, LLC. The Software-as-a-Service provider continues to gain share in the talent acquisition software market with its best-to-market solutions and commitment to delivering the best customer service experience in the industry.

Beginning in 2012, following a minority stake growth equity investment from Susquehanna Growth Equity, iCIMS initiated a two-pronged growth strategy, making significant book-end investments in Marketing and Product Development. Since 2012, the iCIMS customer base has grown by 150%, with significant growth in the small and medium sized (SMB) markets. Over the same time period, iCIMS also expanded its suite of talent acquisition solutions with the addition of a robust talent candidate relationship management tool, Connect, and new Video Screening technology, as well as adding key enhancement to its Onboard product.

iCIMS employs almost 400 people and has nearly tripled in size over the last three years. To accommodate growth in employee headcount, iCIMS moved its corporate headquarters in 2012 to a class “A” building in Matawan, N.J. The following year, the company further expanded its presence in this location by adding a state-of-the-art Tech Center to house its growing Research & Development Team. In the second half of 2014, the company plans to add more office space in its Matawan location to accommodate its growing Customer Success operation.
