HRchitect Tech Vendor News: NJ Company Gives Back: iCIMS Employees Step Away from Their Keyboards and Pitch in to Help Clean Up Local State Park

June 20, 2013

– Employees donate time and resources to improve Cheesequake State Park for visitors –

MATAWAN, N.J. (JUNE 13, 2013) – As part of its ongoing effort to support local environmental causes, iCIMS, Inc., a leading provider of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) talent acquisition software solutions for growing businesses, is proud to announce that  over 50 iCIMS employees took part in a team effort to clean up nearby Cheesequake State Park. The day-long event is part of a series of volunteer programs at iCIMS, called iGIVE Back, where employees are encouraged to step away from their desks and devote a day of service to help the local community.

Participating employees donned their signature iCIMS’ red t-shirts and rolled up their sleeves to clean up trash left behind from hikers along the trails and in the picnic areas as well as taking on some manual labor like mulching by the nature center, and restoring damaged trails along the lake . iCIMS CEO, Colin Day, launched the iGIVE Back program in 2006 to promote the protection of local green spaces, support local environmental causes, and help foster a positive, team spirit among iCIMS employees.

“Our organization has a strong commitment to preserving the local environment,” said Day. “Not only do we encourage our employees to help give back and conserve, we encourage our vendors to engage in paperless billing and our customers to take advantage of our paperless processes when using our Talent Platform software.”

iCIMS’ corporate responsibility program encourages employees to volunteer up to two work days each year, with full pay, to participate in company-wide events like park clean-ups and beach sweeps. iCIMS also has a fund match program for employees who donate to local charities like the Raine Foundation3Degrees, and Earth Share of New Jersey.

“As the iCIMS family grows, so do the number of attendees at our iGIVE Back events,” said iCIMS Chief Corporate Development Officer, Ron Kasner. “It’s so rewarding to see our employees donating their time and making an impact in our community; activities like this provide a great representation of iCIMS’ corporate culture.”

With the success of the iGIVE Back program, iCIMS has been recognized by several environmental organizations and has garnered accolades for its efforts such as the EarthShare Environmental Leadership Award and the NJBIZ Green Leadership Award.

Integration with World’s Leading Search Engine for Jobs Expands SilkRoad Clients’ Reach

SilkRoad participated in the Onboarding Systems panel on June 10, 2009 as part of theHRshow. SilkRoad competed in the HRchitect Beauty Pageant on Onboarding Systems in January 2009 where they were crowned the winner. Brian Platz, EVP and COO of SilkRoad also appeared on the HRchitect WebMingle on March 20, 2009. If you are looking for a new Talent Management System, or any HR system, talk to HRchitect first. We have unparalleled knowledge of the HR and Talent Management vendor community and can save you time and money in selection and implementation.

SilkRoad technology, a leading provider of talent management solutions, announced today the integration of the OpenHire job delivery platform with Indeed.com.  With millions of job seekers and more job searches per month than any other job site, Indeed is the leading search engine for jobs.

SilkRoad’s integration with Indeed will allow SilkRoad customers to expand their reach to potential candidates. Jobs delivered directly to Indeed from OpenHire will be included in Indeed’s organic results and its network of more than 10,000 websites.

This integration will allow SilkRoad customers to reach the single largest audience of both active and passive job seekers on the Internet.  SilkRoad technology has existing agreements in place with Jobfox and Simply Hired.

Through this integration, OpenHire customers will benefit from implementing automated tracking for all jobs delivered to Indeed. By automatically populating the source when candidates apply to jobs from Indeed, more accurate ROI measurements can be made by recruiters wishing to track their online recruiting efforts. OpenHire customers can also take advantage of Indeed’s free Job Analytics reports, which contain information about how well a company’s jobs are performing on Indeed. OpenHire customers can use this report to gain insight into what keywords candidates are using to find their jobs, what job titles are being clicked on most often, and how their jobs are performing compared to other companies on Indeed.

“We are excited to introduce SilkRoad’s OpenHire customers to the benefits of having their jobs included on Indeed,” said Samuel Fitzroy, Director of Alliances at Indeed. “Having jobs included automatically from this integration will ensure that all OpenHire customers are taking advantage of Indeed’s massive audience of active and passive job seekers.”

Companies have been using OpenHire to find and track top talent since 1998. Their patented job board integration, career site portals, intelligent searching, screening tools, and candidate communication tools make it easy to streamline workflow and lower recruiting costs, all while improving efficiency. These features, combined with Indeed’s reach, will allow SilkRoad customers to maximize the exposure of their jobs to candidates in the most efficient way possible.

Having jobs automatically included on Indeed also makes it even easier to sponsor positions and get additional targeted job seeker traffic.

“We are very excited to be working with Indeed,” said SilkRoad Director of Product Strategy, Thomas Boyle. “They have simplified the job search process for job seekers, while building an incredibly cost-effective tool for companies to attract the best talent possible.”

iCIMS Continues on Record Breaking Path Surpassing the 750 Customer Mark and Signing its 100th Client of 2009…from iCIMS

June 2, 2009

Software-as-a-Service Provider signs 100th customer in 2009 and surpasses the 750 customer milestone, adding such industry leaders as BOK Financial Group, Treasure Island Las Vegas, National Interest Security Company and Stein Mart

HRchitect featured iCIMS in our May 2008 release of The Suite Life of Integrated Talent Management and also includes them in our list of top Talent Acquisition Systems vendors that businesses should consider. iCIMS will participate in the Talent Acquisition Systems panel on June 10, 2009 as part of theHRshow2009 event. Adam Feigenbaum and Susan Vitale from iCIMS both appeared on the HRchitect WebMingle in December 2008. iCIMS competed in the HRchitect Beauty Pageant on Talent Acquisition Systems in November, 2008 and mid-market Talent Acquisition Systems in January 2009, where they were crowned the winner of each.

If you are looking for a new Talent Management System, or any HR system, talk to HRchitect first. We have unparalleled knowledge of the HR and Talent Management vendor community and can save you time and money in selection and implementation.

iCIMS, the third largest provider of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) talent acquisition solutions, announced today that it has surpassed the 750 customer milestone after signing its 100th client of 2009, adding such industry leading organizations as Treasure Island Las Vegas, BOK Financial Group (NASDAQ: BOKF) and Stein Mart (NASDAQ:SMRT) to the company’s rapidly expanding customer base. Surpassing this mark reinforces iCIMS’ status as one of the top three providers of talent acquisition solutions in the industry and the Talent Platform of choice for the mid-market

In addition to dominating the North American market space, iCIMS is proving to be the solution of choice for mid-market organizations around the world. Since the grand opening of the company’s newest office in London, UK, iCIMS is taking the international market by storm, with Mid-Market organizations across the globe growing eager to take advantage of iCIMS’ end-to-end Talent Management tools. Just last month, iCIMS signed several international organizations including ALEC, which is based in Dubai and serves the middle east, and Optical Express, based in the UK and operating throughout most of Europe.

These newest client additions join more than 750 worldwide organizations who currently power their talent management initiatives using iCIMS’ Talent Platform; this includes such industry leaders as Sony Music Entertainment, Jamba Juice (NASDAQ:JMBA), Crunch Fitness, Tyco Electronics (NYSE:TEL) and H&R Block (NYSE:HRB). iCIMS’ rapidly growing customer base is representative of every industry, region, and employee size. Furthermore, because iCIMS offers an alternative to disparate HR components and complex data integrations through the use of one, single-source coded platform, these clients are able to take advantage of the singular system for their entire employee lifecycle – including applicant tracking, onboarding, performance management, employee management, surveys, referral programs and more.

iCIMS’ Talent Platform has always differentiated itself from competing vendors and recently has emerged as an industry leader, securing the position as the third largest talent acquisition software provider in the space – this ascension largely attributed to iCIMS’ focus on the customer experience. Since day one, iCIMS has been dedicated to ensuring a positive overall customer experience and has molded the company’s technology and support offerings with this priority in mind. The Talent Platform’s cost-effectiveness, inherent configurability, ease-of-use, and industry acclaimed customer service all largely contribute to this commitment to an unparalleled customer experience. In addition to receiving 24×5 access to award-winning customer support teams, iCIMS clients rest assured that their highly configurable software is powerful enough to meet their talent management needs today, yet flexible enough to expand and meet their evolving organizational needs in the future. iCIMS boasts a near perfect 97% customer retention rate since 2003, clearly reflecting the impact of a positive customer experience.

“We are unbelievably proud of this remarkable moment in iCIMS’ history,” said Colin Day, President and CEO of iCIMS. “Organizations that select iCIMS are looking for more than a run-of-the-mill technology provider. Instead, the common bond that unites all of iCIMS’ 750+ clients is the desire to work with a vendor that is passionate about the customer experience, and our continued growth is a direct result of our ability to execute on this commitment.”
